Wine, Whine, Wine!!!
How may times can you remember being
told to stop whining. Well I think all
of us have lost count. At least this time,
we have a reason to whine at least about
wine. Forgive us for the pun on words.
Each year our vintages intrigue and even
differentiate themselves from the
previous
years. Whining about
wine is a habit I think everyone
expresses and observes.
Today are our current offerings among
the ranks:
Reds:
Blackberry - A great dinner wine,
serve it with your favorite pasta.
Black currant - A semi-sweet wine.
Blueberry - Sweet wine, makes a
great after-dinner wine.
Baco
Noir
Baco Blend - Our own
specially blended Baco and concord
grapes for a great dry wine.
Concord - A traditional all around wine.
Elderberry - A dark red available
both dry & semi-dry.
Red
Raspberry - A light colored red but dry
wine.
Stoney's Red Table - A blended
dry red.
Strawberry - Semi-sweet
made from our own hand picked
strawberries.
Cherry - A dry
red, not a sweet wine made from local
Bing cherries.
Plum - Made from
locally grown plums. This is a great
semi-sweet wine.

Visit our Tasting room
Get directions! (What no link?
Darn it. Google Maps Rock!)
Our
tasting room is more than just wine.
It requires cheese, crackers,
venison
meatballs. (I'll get killed for
saying this later.) But that means I'll
have to get Bow & Sportsman
licenses now...
However, the
main thing is that it really requires
you to be there. How else can it require
someone to make the meatballs... Now I'm
drooling.
Come and
hangout; socialize and tell us your
stories.

Whites and Blush:
Apple - A semi-sweet
made from our own apples.
Apply & honey - A sweet wine made from
clover honey and sweet apples.
Cayuga
Cranberry - A Sweet
blush.
Peach - A semi-sweet wine, great afternoon social wine.
Pear - A great dry wine.
Stoney's White Table - A Special blend
of Cayuga and Niagara
Watermelon - A semi sweet bade from locally
grown watermelons.
